Rick Wood’s poultry roots run deep. He and his family have been involved in the poultry industry since 1964, mostly as a grower in Habersham County, Ga. A successful businessman, he has owned a number of businesses including a construction company and a chain of express car washes. He has also farmed cattle over the years. Wood has been instrumental in the economic development and growth of North Georgia.
